APA4 Analog trunk no voice

I placed the APA4 card into our OmniPCX and started up again.
The card is accepted perfectly, the Analog protocols are set to standard Belgium.
So far no issue.
We have two lines: one typical analog landline and 1 analog line generated via a sim-box (Mobile net via simcard).

Both lines are working fine.

We can receive calls from both lines perfectly, but the thing is: we can't hear anything (no voice), and this in both directions.
Making a call on both lines is not possible.

I changed the slot, started up again via warm and cold reset.
Problem stays.

Does anyone know if there are specific settings that can fix this problem?
I think f.ex. on the "Timer Labels"

On the APA4 card is written: ANALOG PUBLIC ACCES APA4 LCG

Thanks in advance,

Tom

Hi,

Do you have UA or IP phones? Did you try calling from a analog extension?
Did you try the board in a different cabbinet?
