Alcatel Unleashed

A remote site with an OXO R8 is being upgraded and integrated into an OXE R11.1 as a GD shelf. The two sites are on different networks. All is well at the main branch but there is a problem with the remote site IP phones. The GD shelf is also perfect. These IP phones load the binaries and get to the stage "enter extension number". As soon as you start putting the extension number, the phone RESERTS before the whole number goes in.. The link is fine because i can connect by MGR to the CS.

Not clear - why you need GD for IP phone works.
Some questions:
1 - you use DHSP or enter IP parameters manual
2 - extension number - created in management, not used by another set?
