Hi All,

We've taken over an ALU installation where we find that lots of users/numbers are created but unused. Phones are even disconnected.

Is there a way to find all "unused" devices. Or at least the disconnected devices?

For digital sets, boards - "listout" command will show equipment in out of services states. For analogue sets - not so easy.
May be if you use accounting - create report - users with half of year conversation duration=0?
