Alcatel Unleashed

I have programmed a set with Static Configuration.
IP Address is static on local network
Gateway and Subnet mask is correct
TFTP is statically set and correct.
Release: l1.301.26a (11.1)
Have 4028 on same location that is working fine .
The 8068 displays BAD TFTP.

Any Ideas??

Do you have any trace to check?

Check the lanpbx configuration.
Any security features activated on the switch port?

check vlan, and routing to oxe, tracert to oxe from a pc.
