I have a situation with OXE Appliance 10.1.1. We have a CCD with WMI lock=1 but we cant receive statistc files by ftp.

I already configured the WMI system/v24 Port/

The parameters are:

Parity: None
Data bits: 8 bits
Stop Bit: 1 Bit
Terminal Type: TTY
V24 Application: CCD Work force package

RTS/CTS protocol: True
Transmission speed: 9600 b/s

Obs: I cant find wfp*.log, MMDDYY statistc files under usr4/afe nether serv_wfp process too.
