Removing menu after extended absence greeting

Hi
Can anyone tell me if it's possible to remove the choices that is presented to the caller after the extended absence greeting is played?
These choices are presented to the caller after the extended absence greeting:
1 - End the call
2 - Return to Main Menu
3 - Record a message to the called
I just want it to play the "buzzer" so the caller can record their message directly after the extended absence greeting.
