Can get the polycom to do a hook flash and can dial second number but all system states is to transfer hit 1 -- when hitting 3 for 3 party conference it hangs up on first caller --
Phone Features COS is okay and it works on digital sets.
If anyone has run into this please let me know the fix or suggestions

config a suffix for 3 party conf.... call one user hook flash call other hook flash conf suffix

Hook flash duration on the polycom soundstation ( No LCD Display )
Power up holding " mute " until self test complete
Press # , release
Press * , release
enter 242 for 100ms
enter 142 for 300ms
enter 042 for 600ms

You can configure in the sytem the reaction when you have done two flashings

ConsultCall By 2 Flashes 1-3


The 2nd flash makes it possible:
1:
to return to the initial call of the consult call without losing the 2nd
caller, with the possibility of coming back to this caller in the consult
call or of entering into conference with both callers or others.
2:
to return to the initial call of the consult call with the 2nd caller
having hung up.
3:
to return to the initial call of the consult call without losing the 2nd
caller, with the possibility of coming back to this caller only in consult
call. Whichever one of the 3 callers hangs up enables the other 2 to be in
single call status.

i have the same problem !!!
One solution ist to configure the Flashtime to 80ms (but Polycom can only make 100ms)

In our testlab the 3 party works with 80ms and 100ms, but at our customer it dont works.

So i think some parameters in OXE must be changed.

What must be changed ???????????????????

should work with default setting on oxe as well as polycomm - tested

I know it, but at our customer it doesn't work (only with 80ms and not with 100ms). Because why ?????
