I want to know if there is a feature for take a second call (call waiting) from a busy analog set with direct pickup prefix.

Does anyone has an answer for this ?
I have already checked the access category and the phone facilities category but I haven't found which entry could prevent the pickup of a call waiting on a user.
When the user dials the group call pick-up prefix, he hears the voice guide "this maneuver is not authorized".
