ISDN T0 GSM Gateway Call Dropping

We have a Public T0 from our Carrier for incoming Calls, on the 2nd T0 Port we have connected a Kuhnt GSM Gateway.
The Gateway is configured to handle all outgoing calls.
Very often Calls are Dropped after a few Seconds.
It seems a ISDN Sync issue.
I alread disabled Clock delivery from this Line.
It seems to be a lot better, but calls are dopped sometimes again
Do you have any ideas to handle this?
The GSM Gatway is NOT synced with Public ISDN, because it has no Sync Connector
