Forward a call when busy

Helo guys,

I have a question about forwarding calls when people are busy.
We have a UAVirtual that has an immediate forward to a hunt group.
When all group members are on the Phone the client hears a tone and is not forward.

I would like to forward the call when everybody is on the Phone to another user (in my case the reception).

Is this possible and how do i configure it.

(We have omnivista 8770)

hi, in the hunt group do you have overflow destination set and camp on value set to 0 ?
0% camp on means no calls can wait and they will be directed to the overflow destination configured.
