Hi all,

I'm provisioning hotline feature on OXE R11. Document tell me go to "Categories > Phone Facilities Categories". But from my mgr, I can't find where "Categories". What wrong with my OXE or I need active something more?

I use the command mgr -l GEA and the categories is now appearing. My question is what command that i will go back the class of service from the mgr menu?

What?

I hope you understand what you want to do? F.e. if you want - hotline for some people.
- you need to manage Phone feature COS (categories) not used by another users
- you need to declare this COS (categories) in user parameters

if you just change categories 0 - you manage hot-line for all users.
