Alcatel ip touch 4028 -Hardreset- unable to Telnet

Hi I've had no look so far trying to reset this phone via Telnet, as I cant change its Ip address-Locked admin menu needing password.
ive tried the "industrial mode",1,2,3(i). as from other posts but still i cant access it.
Theres nothing to help in the documents.

What are you trying to do? When phone starts you press i * (star) and will show menu.
It is described even on the simple sheet that comes with every phone

when you push (i) * it shows "Admin password"(ive tryed some passwords but they dont seem to work) ,its a 2nd hand phone so it was connected to a phone system, but we are unable to change its IP settings to join it to our system.

Ive been trying to Telnet the set to reset it. as its setting menu is unacessable

the main thing Im after is to purely factory reset the Set.

If oxe password is 0000, if oxo 1515
You can't telnet the set directly unless you do it from oxe.it is not a common ip set.

thanks for your response, i have tried what you suggested and it still rejects both password/s, any thing else i could try? have two sets like it, managed to get one back to normal by using "industrial mode" method and was able to reset it via telnet useing the thales reset command, would i be able to maybe get its ip by connecting it to a router?

Connect to your laptop port and do a wireshark. You will see its IP Address if have any. Or 169.x.x.x if DHCP exhausts searching method

Ive tried wireshark it cant fined the address (also with industrial mode) amusing the Set is dead.
