Hello,
I have an OXO (Release 10) and an EstosProcall-Server (Release 5) with ECSTA (Release 4).
When I have an unanswered call, I can see it in the Estos-monitor and in the Journal of the ALU-IP-phone 8038 (message LED blinks).
So far so good!
If I now call the number of the unanswered call over Estos, the unanswered indication still blinks on my 8038.
I have to read (or delete) the call also from the 8038 to get rid of the LED-blinking.
Our customers really don't like that.
In OXO (Release 9) the call on the telephone was answered, when call in Estos!
Is there a solution to make both unanswered calls answered at the same time?
Or is there a solution to switch the LED off on the 8038?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Re: ECSTA-Problem?
I would say that this is more a question to ESTOS rather than an Alcatel problem.
ESTOS should confirm with what release of OXO they are compatible, which are the restrictions, etc.

No, it's not...
I talked to ESTOS-support, they say it's a problem with the Alcatel-ECSTA-driver.

Re: ECSTA-Problem?
Good luck. Raise this ticket to Alcatel. You will receive an anser that Estos should recertify the solution for OXO R10 or smth. Check the ABPS and see if you have an interworking report for R9 and one for R10 with ESTOS.19Homer73 wrote:No, it's not...

Re: ECSTA-Problem?
The ECSTA Driver is also an Estos product... so normaly they have to support. But i think the main problem is that the "mark-as-read" signal is not transported to the pbx. so the question is:
is the signal transported by ECSTA -> Estos support
is it transported but not understood by the oxo -> Alcatel support
normaly the estos support makes everything happen is they can, but if the problem is on Alcatel site you are screwed...

Thanks for Your answers!
Re: ECSTA-Problem?
if you want you can disable LED completly by Adress TxtLedBlnk
This is global or all phones. Perhaps it is a solution for the moment.
