Hi,

I currently trying to config an automatic attendant on a oxo 9.2 release.

I want the default action when no choice made, go to an speed dial number. What happens is that the call will be routed to the specified number and alerting for about 1 seconds, then the call i is being routed back to the automatic attendant, as if their where no answer on transfer.

Any idee?

you can put a timer in the voice mail page , and forward the call to that speed dial number on that user.
