Call Accounting Records

Hi, wish to know what are the exact steps to be done on the PCX4400 in order for the call accounting records to be shown.
For e.g. I wish to know when ext 1234 is making a trunk call and for how long. Can the records also be shown for internal calls. Thks for the information.

Hi cavagnaro, I have search the documentation with regards to Rls6, PBX documentation but unable to get any useful information. As I'm still new to this system, thus having problem to find out the relevant information and having no idea what are the sources for any kind of solutions.
Thus trying to find out the information in this forum with the help from people around here.
If someone could kindly help me out, I'm defintely grateful for it.
Anyway thanks to cavagnaro for the suggestion which I have tried searching before posting in this forum.
