transferred calls from attendant returning to attendant

hi,
i have set up auto attendant and menu on set. works fine for all DID numbers. but if the call reaches the attendant set via the auto attendant, the attendant will transfer the call to the required extension. the problem is that when the extension does not answer it over flows to the attendant set. i want to stop it.
i want to set that once a transferred call does not answer it should be disconnected after some.

i have changes the timer 141 to 9999 which is around 17 minutes. but still the call will over flow after 9999 seconds. NEED TO DISABLE TO OVER FLOW TO OPERATOR.

any ideas guys,,,

hi

you can do a trick. Go to trunk category if your trunk is isdn then propably it will be 19 and change time of overflow on no reply. do it 99999 and thenn it will never go back to att.

If you want to make release of the call then you have to change a certain timer witch i dont remember or you dont change anything and the provider will give the release.

also check user access cos and desactive what you want for did calls waiting, overfllow on busy ,on free etc
