admin tech-support decoding

Hi everyone!
Is anybody knows how it is possible to decode bin file, obtained from "admin tech-support" command?
I'm really sorry, that I can't find any information on this forum or Internet and/or asking in inappropriate forum...

Think not, as suggested only tech support (3rd level) will know what to do with this file

As far as I know, you have to open a SR with TAC.
I have had to send them tech-support files before and give me specific information only found within the file. If there is a way for us to decode them, I would be more then happy, but as far as I know, you must go though TAC.

No, it is not possible without the proprietary tool.
