ACTIS Error - Please Help!

Hello all,
i really need your help for this one.
A week ago i installed the new 19.2.2 Actis version and i noticed that since that upgrade i couldn't export quotation anymore. I used to right click on offer -> Export -> Actis, but now at the end it returns an error "Error writing file".
I have downgrade it to an earlier version but the problem remains. And now my old offers does not appears in Actis.
I am desperate.
