Hi, i have an OXE in R10.1.1. Can i change the call identification in a forward call? I explain it. I have an extension that is forward to a mobile, when i receive a forwarded call in the mobile the call identification number is the direct number of the forwarded extension, i want that the number display in the mobile will be the original calling number not the forwarded calling number.
Regards.

Hi cavagnaro, I know that there are a parameter where we can say witch identification i send to the carrier but a don't know where is. Then, of course, the carrier should acept this number. In a t3 traces i see that i send the forwarded number not the original number.

System/ other system/ external signaling param. - item "NPD for external forward".
In additional for external calls (when calling user - external) - you can play with "Call diversion" feature.

OK I now just discovered the attribute help in the right hand pane of the 8770 NPD Numbering Plan Discription OK got it so if dialing 0 for external calls change the "NPD for external forwards" to 0 and the callers ID should be passed on when forwarding externally.
Many thanks VAD & tgn.
