VG playing ramdonly, first call works but not the second.

The Voice Guide is reproduced in GD in domanin 0, in shelf 2.
There is a DDI traduced to a speed dialing number.
when calling, in the first call there is rtp flow, from this GD to a SBC. If there is one call in course, the second call do not recive rtp flow from the GD.
The sip signaling is the same in both cases, only change the ip port, but there is no firewall, i mean, can´t be problem with Ip ports.
It seem like GD do not open correctly the port in the IP socket.
