Voice Guide on busy set

Hi folks,

I´ve got an OXE R9.1 and want to set up a voice guide on busy set. But I don´t know how to to this....

The call is directed to an analouge or digital set, if this set is busy the caller should hear a voice guide (e.g. ...we are busy at the moment, please wait...). After the voice guide has ended there should be MOH until the set gets free again.

Can anybody help me to set up such configuration (till now I only set up pre off hook guides...)?

Thank you!
Best regards
OXO-Man

The question - about external calls via IAA and menu on set?

I tried it with the IAA and the menu on set but I didn´t understand the way it will work (as described in the documentation).

Unfortunatly this kind of thing was never a point with the certification.....

For usual internal calls - you can have just VG
- user busy you can dial XX for callback, YY for intrusion or ZZ for waiting (or some thing like this).
In standard VG exist some guides (used depends of callind/called rights - f.e. if only callback allowed (intrude and waiting forbidden) you will have:
- user busy you can dial XX for callback

I think waiting guide and so on - possible only for call centre.

IAA (and menu on set) - possible only for external calls. I play with IAA (many time ago) - just create example like in system doc.
