No Audio when VM is dialed
Posted: 28 Nov 2014 08:33
Hi,
I have an issue that there is no audio when I dial 8440 voice mail number.
Topology: 1+1
Version: 6.7.100.000.f
This is my first installation of 8440, following steps are adopted
AS Primary
1) Install RHEL
2) Selected for NGVM
3) Application installed with deployment file choosing as AS primary Server
4) License & TTS installed
5) WebAdmin configured
CTI / Second Server
1) Install RHEL
2) Selected for NGVM
3) Application installed with deployment file choosing as other Server (I was expecting CTI server, may be it makes sense as Other server for 8440)
4) License installed, no TTS
5) WebAdmin configured
Created Voicemail and then created user with VM rights.
All the otucd services are running. On AS primary Media Service msa.log I can see "global status OK: SIP:OK;AL:OK;RS:OK;"
On OXE sipregister I can see VM number associated to AS Primary, and surprisingly to CTI / second server too
msd service is available on both the servers, not sure if this is right.
Find attached the ICS logs.
