Asterisk connection

I'm having a hard time trying to interconnect an OmniPCX and an Asterisk server through an 4xBRI link.
The system works, I can pass calls from Asterisk to OmniPCX and vice versa, but the OmniPCX regularly resets the D-Channel down, even when the system is idle, and even If there is a call on the span.
Any idea would be aprreciated.

Does your cpu card has obca daugther board on it.

Thanks for your reply.
I'm the Asterisk "expert", I know close to nothing about the OmniPCX, it is managed by other people.
So I don't know about the obca daughter board, but I can ask those guys. Is this board needed in my situation or is this a problem if it is installed ?

OmniPCX - what type - OmniPCX Office or OmniPCX Enterprise (4400)?

This is an OXO OmniPCX Office, software version 2.1.
The ISDN card on the OmniPCX is a bra4, connected to a QuadBRI (Junghanns) on the Asterisk server.
The OmniPCX is also equipped with a T2 card and a mix048 (?) card.

Is it possible to integrate Asterix and OXE via an INT-IP card ????
