Hi,

Is there a way to create a number redirecting directly to the voicemail of an user ?
So, if someone call this number, he will be transfered to the voicemail af the user, just as if he called an user who can't answer the call.

Excuse my english, this is crystal clear in my mind, but in french

On Associate parameter under user configuration put the VM number only.

If user have VM box - user can forward calls to VM (forward prefix + VM number).
Another way - user/dynamic state user - you can check overflow to associate and declare VM number as associate number.

user A has voice mailbox
user B wants to leave user A, a message without ringing user A's phone.
I think he wants a voicemail deposit feature but can't think of how to do this off the top of my head.

if he wants what murraya says so easy
dial voicemail deposit prefix (LOCAL FEATURE) followed by destination number

But what I have to do is to dial directly the voicemail of an unique user, without asking the caller to dial the user extension, I don't know if such thing is possible. An idea ?
Example : my user extension is 6042, if I dial 6042, the user's phone ring, but if I dial 7042, I reach directly his voicemail.

Create 2 multiline Keys with different Numbers. Forward only the secondary line to voicemail.
