TG seizure issue when external call forward

Hello

Facing an issue with TG seizure in case of external CFW.
two different providers with two different PRIs and TGs

user1 - entity 1 - Trunk gorup ID - 1
user2 - entity 2 - Trunk gorup ID - 2

User2 sets external CFW to mobile, user1 calls to user2. In ARS we have : Trunk gorup source - ENTITY, means depence of user's entity the system will choose the right TG. So when users1 is forwarded to user2's mobile it should go through TG-1, but system seizures TG-2.

Who can clarify is it working like that? or it can be fixed

Thnaks

hi

It should be like that if you set the ars right with entity discriminator.
An easy way is to make a speed dial prefix to translate a call forward with a trunk size and after you dial the Number you want.

Sorry I guess my previous explanation was not clear. I am talking about trunk group source - ENTITY in ARS
In case of call forward immediate the Trunk group id is taken from called user's entity, but should be from calling user's entity.

if the call is forwarded ,in the reality is the destination of the cfw whome will make the call so in your case user2 .
if i call a forwaded user my call is internal but if to reach destination his extension will dial the final destination so system takes tg of the entity of fwd user

or there is a system parameter and check with you providers if it s possible if user(did ) is forwarded call should not come to your pcx and must be proceded in the PSTN network-directly from carrier to carrier.
