Hi,
Since Oxe rel 11.0 there is a new feature to add two 40 kes AOM panel to 40x8 phones.
This is managing : System > Others System Param. > Spec. Customer Features Parameters > x89 40 keys AOMV

The issue is the OXE allow programing both AOM panels on user management, but never recognize the second AOM (only works the directly connected to the phone).
I 'm using a 4038 phone and have already interchanged the position of AOM panel and the failure remains on the position (not the depends of hardware)
I have changed the phone too,reboot the OXE, an the phone and the failure remains the same.
I am attaching the configuration and the termstat results.

I will appreciate feedback if someone was tested this function.

I think it is available only for 80x8 phones..

From "product limits" - number of AOM keys - 50 or 80 - depends on personal repertory size (72 or 40).
Check - how many personal key you have on set without AOM (72 or 40).

This is new from rel 11.0 but I never configure before.
From the manual:
Select: x89 40 keys AOMV:
• False (default value): a maximum of 72 keys can be
programmed on the personal home page (AOMV).
A maximum of 50 keys can be programmed on additional key modules.
• True: a maximum of 40 keys can be programmed on
the personal home page (AOMV).
A maximum of:
• 80 keys can be configured on additional key modules with Alcatel-Lucent IP Touch 4028/4038/4068
sets
• 50 keys can be configured on additional key modules with Alcatel-Lucent 4029/4039 Digital Phone
sets

Yes, I think have the right configuration,after put the feature on true the f2 key in the phone is the key number 42 ( instead 72).

Hi guys,
I tested with another AOM 40 Key Modules and it’s works fine ( with the same 4038 phone ), so I think is a "hardware version" issue.
The version of the AOM40 key doesn´t work is : 3GV26002ABJA
The version of the AOM40 key work fine is: 3GV27002ABJB
I'm open one SR on Alcatel to check this restriction, I let you know when this was confirmed.
