Hi everyone!
I am trying to explore the functionality of ccoutbound for our call center. But I can't find the information that interests me in usual ccd documentation. Like ops/hardware/licence requirments etc. Can anyone share installation guide for ccoutbound? I'll be very grateful.

They are on BWPS, under CCO. There are several TC.

If you don't then unfortunately we can't share them with to everybody. You need to contact your Alcatel BPWS and ask him those.

I got some issues after intergrating cco 10.1.0 version (j260233 - OXE pabx)
1. I got common equipment gd/ga. And I couldn't implement vad capabilities. Is it only crystal hardware to use vad or it is possible to create some kind of virtual gpa on gd/ga board? Looks like it is working without vad in preview mode, but I want progressive.
2. In SCI one of application is not started. It is - DBA_Omnitouch (Database Access Point). Even start button not active and I can't create logs for it. But CCO is working in Preview mode. I can't fix what this application response for.
Any ideas?

VAD is not possible with common hardware. You need crystal hardware and GPA. If you requested progressive or predictive this is clearly a presales failure. Contact your provider an clarify.

Dap are data store objects only. No start for them. Get proper support from your installer guy.

I get it. One more question.
I got an error "You don't have Agent Script licence" when cca opening self-made script for campain. 312 licence is open. Do I need special checkbox for an agent? Or maybe someting else...

I hope the last question:
I am trying to access the
http://pabx:2555. After entering url in browser I am redirected to
https://pabx/csta_mono. And there is no success with all browsers (chrome firefox ie 6-10). Adding port 2555 doesn't solve the problem. pabx is "netadmin" name for call server and it is linked in dns. In manual this web page used for licence checking. Maybe it is not nessecary to be able to connect to it. But still I am curious about it. So do you know how to get there??
