Does anyone know why a OXE inserts the digit zero prefixed extension and missed calls when the call comes through SIP Trunk and how to solve this problem?

Look at the ext callback translator (Translator-->Ext numbering plan-->ext callback translator).
Is the SIP trunk declared as public or private?

Declared private SIP trunk to Avaya sistem.Problem is that when you call identification is ok, only the missed calls put the digit zero prefixed number of extensions?

I'm curious.. how's your trunk setup.
Because none of mine are adding zero when calling back
