Slot 12 OS9-GNI-C24 6.3.4.265.R01
Slot 15 OS9-GNI-U24 6.3.4.265.R01

I will project to do these different thing, do you think that's ok ?
Put the U-Boot and miniBoot files of the présent version in the switch flash
CMD :
"update uboot-miniboot"
Erase uboot files to flash mem
"reload working no rollback-timeout"
"show ni"

Do I miss something ?

it should work. Important is to make image update always before the uboot/miniboot update (like written in the RN).

i wana upgrade the uboot but i can't find uboot file anywhere. :'(
who can help me, plezzzzzz

sometimes there is a special zip-file available with miniboot/uboot and/or fpga. But sometimes this is within a GA-release.
Maybe you will find the wished uboot within an older GA (if this where the first GA where the newer uboot where necessary).
