External Incoming Call Disconnected after Waiting timer

Hi,

I have a PRA and by default is using external services trunk cos 19.
The overflow timer on no answer is set to 300.
Normally when this timer expires call is forwarded to attendant.
In this case call is being released.
In the t3 trace it is stating "no route to destination".

Any ideas how I can solve this and direct the calls to attendant as usual?

Solved,

I was using wrong entity.
