Hybrid link VPN Overflow is "Link out of service"

Hi
I have two node1 R11.0 & Node2 r10.0
i configure VPN Overflow IP link between these nodes
but when i make a call i get "link out of service"
i recheck all setting and ensure it.
i can ping to CPU & GD Ip address , but I can't ping to IP Tunnel X25 address !!!!!


could any one advise me

so the hybrid links are all down and the vpn overflow will fail...
is there any firewall between the nodes? try to tcpdump on each node and see which packets are sent and received.

Please search on the forum. Many posts covering this question

or ... in addition to cavagnaros answer ... try to read the manual page for tcpdump on a full linux distribution (like my favourite debian) with "man tcpdump".
