long time no join!!

my site have a trouble.

this site using IP Touch 4038 EE, 4068 EE. only two types using.

nowdays, these phone are issue.

when user using the phone, in front of phone lamps are turn on.

so lan cable reset then check. LCD screen is not display. nothing happen.

I think, maybe this building very junk. built 20 years ago.

UPS power using it. but ground is not normal.

power ground is not normal. is symptom concern with ground status ?

hi ihaven' seen such as issue with iptouch but with tdm ones(4034/4035) yes and it was due to line short to ground or some voltage interferencing ( the network was very old , we have power plant and 60kva satation you can see ).
do you use set power ad/dc adapator or poe? try to connect the ip to ac/dc adaptator and lan port without poe and see if this isuue go

We regularly have the problem on our network (about 60,000 IP Touch phones).
The phones are powered with POE and Alcatel told us that this is a hardware problem. Unfortunately, these phones are usually out of warranty.

We call it the "Christmas Tree Syndrome" in my service

and have u tried to use powed adaptator instead of poe try only with one set to see th issue ir realy due to switch poe ? or set lan port when taking power from switch

I was eSR open ans then they said IP Phone SDRAM memory problem.

they notl tell me detail why IP phone all lamp turn on.

As usual and what is the solution? Change the set?

yes RTF or AVR used change the IP Phone.

exactly problem cause did not said.
