Hi,

I am trying to register an 8082 to an oxo R9.1. After step 2 i receive the error "Dublicate IP 192.168.40.xxx used by [00:00:00:00:00:00] . I am sure that this ip doesn't exist in my network.
I have tried with many ips but i receive the same message. After this message i see the error " Could not retrieve the following files: https://192.168.40.xxx:10443/dmcfg/config.00809fa02c87 & S{ENETCFG_SIP_FILE} ".
I want to add that this set was previously configured to an oxo 8.2 without any problem.

Can anyone help me ? Also is it possible to tell me if the DM URL "https://192.168.40.xxx:10443/dmcfg" is correct ?

The URL depends entirely on your server setup. Can you browse in a PC to that URL and get the XML file?

I want also to add that it is not possible to connect to the set via putty with ssh connection and perform a reset with the command "reset flash". I can not ping the ip that i give to the set.

Unfortunately i can not get the xml file. When i enter the https://192.168.40.xxx:10443/dmcfg on a browser i receive 404-Not Found ERROR . 192.168.40.xxx is the ip of the oxo.

Include the XML file name (mac) on the URL.

Can we say that your phone is 192.168.40.yyy and your OXO is 192.168.40.xxx?

Yes. Oxo is 192.168.40.xxx and 8082 is 192.168.40.yyy . Can you please give me an example of what i have to enter on the browser?

Of course that URL will work only of the device is configured on OXO side

is there any solution for Maria´s problem? I have exact the same problem here with an OXO 9.2 and the 8082.
The 8082 isn´t able to connect to the OXO and load the files from the DM.

I already made a reset of the 8082 settings using ssh.
@Maria: in reply to your posting 3 in this thread: I was able to connect to my 8082 by connecting the PC to the PC-port of the phone. Connecting via ssh from the LAN-side was not possible with mine, too. Maybe this is the solution for anyone with those ssh connecting problems, too.

The settings in the OXO were made as described in the Alcatel setup guide (added an IP user in the users section, changed the user to the myIC phone 8082, inserted ethernet MAC of the phone in the user details, and so on). My 8082 is setup in static mode as described in the guide, but it can´t retrieve the following files: https://192.168.2.xxx:10443/dmcfg/config.00809fa01539 & S{ENETCFG_SIP_FILE} ". Same as with Maria.

I think that the repository in the OXO ist available, since a call for the site https://192.168.2.xxx:10443/dmcfg/config.00809fa01539 asks me for a certificate. This tells me, that the OXO works correct. Since I haven´t got a correct certificate on my PC, there is a 404 file not found answer anyway after this.

I would be glad to get any ideas here.
