Appliance Server Hardware Info

I'm looking for a command to retrieve hardware info of the Appliance Server we have at a customer site; ie something similar to dmidecode in linux. I need to know the server name, model, BIOS version etc
We need to rebuild the hard drives so I was thinking of building them on an identical lab AS and then just swapping hard drives on site.
