Can someone help me on omnivista 4760 when i open Reports module i got " cannot connect to the database! " and same message for accounting module plus "unable to retrieve children of this node ""unable to access to the database.

could someone help to fix this issue at least i can generate a report for calls.

FIRST retart your server.may be SunOne server and other services are not starting

thanks haroun I've tried many time to rstart my server but same things.

and sunone(ldap serv) server is it starting ! can you poste all nmc +slapd services status
