I have just upgraded an existing OXO customer to RCE release 9.1 and installed 7 MyIC mobile client licences with 7 SIP companion licences.
The installation of the software is fine and the mobile side of the MyIC client works fine. The client will register as SIP companion and I am able to make and receive calls ok on the internal network. However I am always getting one way speech when talking to an existing desk phone or making an outside call. I can get voice to the PABX but I am not receiving anything back to the MyIC Client.
Funny enough it works fine between 2 MyIC SIP Clients within the network (even on different Wifi terminals)
The PABX is on a different IP address to the internal network and we are using a firewall router to join the networks (Routing not NAT)
All SIP registration messages and call setup messages work fine (so that proves routing is OK)
I have run a trace at the PABX port and I get both speech paths in and out. (PABX is OK)
I have run a trace outside the firewall on the internal network side and I get both speech paths. (Firewall router is not the issue)
I have also tried using a different Wifi access point and I get the same issue. I can register other SIP clients on the same network without issue. (WiFi access point is not the issue)
Given that it works fine between 2 MyIC SIP companions proves my configuration is correct
The trace shows that the are using the same g711 codec
The trace shows clear communication between the PABX and the MyIC device
If anyone has any ideas where to go to from here it would be much appreciated. I have been wrecking my brain over this for months
