Find dhcp vendor-class-identifier

Hi Guys,
I need to find out vendor-class-identifier of Sip phones to reduce OXE DHCP timeout timer.
I know alcatel phones class id, because they are mentioned in documents.
My question is, is these any place to find out third party device's dhcp endor-class-identifier from Alcatel internal DHCP server to change DHCP time out timer for specific vendor devices?
