Disable the "another call on line tone"

Please fast help here, first of all can anybody get me the Expert.dll for PM5 R410 22.1a??, and second of all, where do i Disable the annoying "bliip" that occurrs when another call is on the line?? Can it be done in the Basic PM5??

I think that post is in a wrong board, PM5 and expert.dll is oXO not OXE
