Hi All,

Is there a way to dial external call on a set with low permission by authorization code? The set is restricted to external calls but with a special authorization code, the user will have the rights to do one call with high permission. After the call will be ended the permissions will stay low.
If there is a feature for that, I will be happy to get the instruction how to configure it.

You can use ARS Personal Trunk Group.
If you dial international, it will ask for a prefix code.
