Overflow to sip trunk for unknwon numbers

Hello,
I've started to work recently with the OXE R10.0 and I was wondering if there is any way to overflow to a SIP trunk when the destination number is not known. If it's not in the phonebook or in the translator table, then I would like to route the call to a trunk. In the other side of the trunk there will be an entity that will manage to route all this calls accordingly to other network services.
In the end, I'm trying to have separate services in the network for different access, one of them being the OXE. I don't want to define all my SIP entities as external SIP extensions in the OXE, just send the call to the SIP domain where the user will be registered.
