Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way to reduce the time the system takes between the greeting msg and the main menu msg since it takes about 3 seconds of silence.

Really? Between greeting message and AA voice prompt message? It did't happened to me... maybe your greeting message is the one with the 3 second silence? The file? Just guessing...
