Personal Automated Assistant /can't transfer to mobile phone

Hi to all,
Can anyone please help me, i have configured of professional numbers in the "My Numbers" area, entered my mobile phone number & colleague number.
transfer to colleague succed, but transfer to mobile phone failed. audible notification "third party is busy". What steps should I do..?
