anyone who know hos I disable the "transfer" massage after a choice are selected? Its a system voice but I cant find anywhere to disable it ?

There isn't a way to disable it from configuration. It's embedded in the auto attendant.

The only way I could think of to remove it is to find the voice prompt in the directory of the release version and remove it from there. Then give a lola and reload backup. I never tried it so I'm not sure about it.
