OXO - Genesys question
Posted: 22 Jan 2014 09:31
Hello,
We are currently using Genesys as middleware to connect to an OXO and to a third party solution.
Now we would like to login the agents on the OXO (who use the OXO ACD) by the use of CTI we would like to logon the agents in their contact center.
Now, if I test with the Genesys testtool I always get that the agent is logged in as a emulated agent, we would like to see that the agent gets logged into their OXO ACD group.
Is the above even possible..? I've read the Genesys Tserver OXO/4200 Deployment guide, to me it looks like it is possible. But nowhere in the document there is a good explanation how such can be achieved.
I created the following:
Actual OXO phoneset = Extension in Genesys
OXO ACD Group = ACD Queue in Genesys
Agent_id OXO = Agent Login in Genesys
Piece of Tserver log:
message RequestAgentLogin
AttributeThisQueue ''
AttributeThisDN '607'
AttributeAgentID '295'
AttributePassword ''
AttributeAgentWorkMode 0 (Unknown)
AttributeReferenceID 18

Sure there are far better solutions to help the customer, we have proposed them but this is what we have to work with at the moment.
Best regards,
Rob
