a lot of questions:
1) new installation? or is your switch running a long time and this messages are new?
2) image version?
3) MCLag or VC or standalone ?
4) are there any errors for the users - or only the log messages? Did all you network work fine?

the mip_gateway message I didn't know. For this you have to open a SR at ALU.
