Hello,

I administer an ALCATEL omnipcx enterprise switch. Unfortunately we had an outage and we lost the hard disk .I replaced it and reconfigure users ext etc and almost everything is working normally. However I noticed that the incoming phone calls from outside are not recognized and they are displayed as PTT.
I have checked OCE 4760i settings but no luck. Has anybody has come up with this?

Thank you

Yes, there is no.

But there you can configure the translation of the number you receive from PSTN.

Create a basic rule as basic number: DEF, digits to remove: 0, digits to add: blank.

So, you can create other rules, for example, it you receive CLIP as 3312345678:
Create a rule as basic number: 33, digits to remove: 2 (it will remove 33), digits to add: 0 (external line access code). In the phone book you have an entry with name TEST and number 012345678. When you receive a call from 3312345678, display will show TEST.

I hope this can help you.
