Hello together,

I have a simple problem with OxO Voicemail (R9.1).
When I make a "cold reset" and I define for all users a Voicemail, then everything is ok, the world is fine.
When I define after "cold reset" no voicemail for all, I have the problem that after creation of the VM of one user the VM is present, but its not working.
I have no chance to reach the VM. So I need something like forewarding to VM after time, but where is it?
Can somebody help?

You must enable the mailbox by accessing it with own voicel mail code, than you will create a password and record your name. After this you can reach the mailbox.
