Hello, we recently upgraded our OXE in R10 and our old phones (4020,4035 ip or numeric phones) does not display the name of internal callers any more
only the number is displayed. Did we miss a setting in 4760 ?

But name in database present or not (old sets display data from "directory name", not from "UTF-8 directory name")?
Another point - Phone feature COS - item "Virtual set on CMP board" - must be 0.
