ALCATEL OXE question

i have alcatel oxe for 1000 user (500 ip/500 analog) connect throw fiber network
my question is what i need to connect this system ?
note : i have ONT contain fxs port

i have hotel with 1000user (500 ip / 500 analog) i establish optic fiber network in this hotel
i want to establish ip phone throw this net work
i will use alcatel omnipcx oxe as pbx on other side i use vgr21412 as ont (optical network terminal) which including fxs port and support voip
my question is what i need for analog phone in this network ??
did i need analog board for analog phones or with this ont the analog phone will turn to ip phone

You either need SIP extensions on OXE side and you should check/test MWI compatibilities for hotel mode for your software release, or use FXO to SIP gateway on OXE side (connect analog users to FXO gw on OXE side) and link it to terminated FXS ports.
Something like this:
1. OXE SIP -->ONT netw (SIp transport) -->SIP to FXS GW (VRGIII-31412-N)--> phone
2. OXE analog pots --> FXO to SIP gw (whatever vendor) --> ONT netw --> SIP to FXS GW (VRGIII-31412-N) --> phone

For first scenario you must have OXE software license over R9 and SIP user licenses.
