VIA SIP Trunk to get T1 trunk for outgoing call

Hi All,
I have OXE x 2 in R9.0, it is connect between SIP Trunk.
Everything is OK for internal call.
OXE-1 have T1 trunk for outbrand and inbrand call, OXE-2 only UA, IP-Phone, SIP-Phone user
How to config it from OXE-2 users via SIP trunk to get OXE-1 T1 trunk for outbrand and inbrand call??
Anybody can share document or give me TC No.?
